Ondrej started in financial groups in Slovakia as a driver - security guard. He expanded his skills with courses in the EU, UK and Israel. Thanks to his skills, he has worked his way up from a basic position in the team to a world-class level. He has earned the trust of HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) clients. As a security team leader he has travelled from top luxury destinations to high security risk locations such as Africa, Central and Latin America. He has also accompanied his clients to the world's biggest, cultural, sporting or business events (Oscars, World Cup, Davos intenational forum, etc.). Gradually he rose to the highest position in the security team - Chief Security Officer. He was thus in charge of all aspects of his client's security, from personal protection to asset security (real estate, ships, aircraft, etc.). He has spent the last 20 years doing this.
Today he runs the TCA academy, teaches basic shooting courses, and covers business and close protection security topics. So he can take care of and teach you all about personal security on the road, at home, in the office and wherever you need it.
